Mighty Action X is a Japanese video game developed by 7thChord and Bandai Namco Entertainment exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. It was created as a means to promote Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, and is available only through a download code from purchasing All Kamen Rider: Rider Revolution.
