Nightmare House is a single player HL2 map pack and the first episode in the series, created by Hen Mazolski in September 2005. This edition of Nightmare House has considerably less custom content than its sequel.

It has since been supplanted by Nightmare House: Remake, and integrated into Nightmare House 2 as a prologue.
